Content Strategy

> Atlantic Union Bank / Long-form web content

Lead the ongoing content strategy for consumer thought leadership features (website) and quarterly e-newsletters (biz and consumer) — topics: financial health, wealth management, mortgage/home buying, ID theft protection, interviews/testimonials, business management tips, etc. Includes: content creation, yearly calendar planning, reviews/edits with stakeholders/compliance.

> Atlantic Union Bank / Consumer and business banking onboarding

Developed onboarding strategy and email series for new personal and business banking customers. The series, six/eight emails each segment delivered weekly after initial account opening, aims to, not only welcome a new audience with a casual-friendly tone, but introduces all the bank’s products, services, and account features to help them bank better/reach financial goals. (For consumers: savings, lending, wealth management, mobile app, etc. For business banking: payables and receivables, merchant services, online resources, wealth management, mobile app, etc.)

> Allianz Partners / Intranet launch and blog content

Working within Human Resources and cross-departmentally, led the design, content strategy, and build-out of company intranet, including archived content and resources. Developed a plan for new content, announcements, and updates, security items and notifications, and news related posts and video. The company currently has close to 1,000 local employees who utilize the intranet daily.

> Allianz Travel / Travel feature articles and content

Developed B2C travel insurance website content plan and structure aimed at elevating customers’ connection with the travel experience (tips, travel guides, etc.) 1) Worked with stakeholders and content creators (including myself) to create a content calendar of travel-related features for the year. 2) Utilizing new content and numerous legacy articles, then led the design of the travel resource area on the site — via tags, keyword research, seasonal trends and categories.

> American Theatre Wing / Website design-launch and content strategy

As Director of Digital Media, led the design, build, digital re-brand, and content strategy with outside digital firm  for americantheatrewing.org. Working with stakeholders, CEO, and digital firm, developed a multi-bucketed blog design scheme that was both visual, intuitive, and most importantly, showcased the value of the organization to the theater community with its learning materials and programs, a wide-reaching influencer network, and the original digital media programming that the organization was known for, specifically original video content and programs including the award-winning “Working in The Theatre.”

> American Theatre Wing /YouTube  channel

Developed an under-utilized, low subscriber YouTube channel into the ultimate destination for both the theater professional and fanboy by leading the strategy to digitize, edit, and/or upload 800 hours of archived video programming (dating back to the 1970s).
